Collier & Associates adds 2nd Benton County office

Collier & Associates adds 2nd Benton County office

Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates is opening an office in Rogers’ new Pinnacle Heights development. The 15-acre mixed-use development is situated at the northwest corner of the Pauline Whitaker Parkway roundabout, south of Hunt Tower. Founder and principal broker Stuart Collier said strong growth drives the expansion. The firm’s residential sales volume in 2020 was up 126% from the previous year, to 0 million. Through the first five months of 2021, Collier said the firm is nearly on pace to double that total this year. “I figured if we want to [sell] real estate in this market, we might as well be in Northwest Arkansas’ downtown,” Collier said. He was referring to Rogers’ booming Pinnacle Hills area west of Interstate 49. “It’s such a good area with so much upside.” Founded in 2009, Collier & Associates now has four offices in Northwest Arkansas: Bentonville, Farmington, Fayetteville and Rogers. Collier signed an initial five-year lease for the Pinnacle Heights office. It has six offices, a large conference room and a reception area. April Davis is the office’s executive broker. Collier said the company has 141 agents selling real estate, up from 80 one year ago. “We are an agents’ firm,” he said. “The way we look at it, our agents are our customers. We know that if we arm them and support them with value, they will pass that on to the clients. That is our entire focus, and our firm is a little bit unique in that regard. “It’s the age-old thing: If you attract the right people and build the right culture, it grows itself. So it’s a special thing to watch.”

Collier & Associates to host summit Oct. 17

Collier & Associates to host summit Oct. 17

Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associates will host its first C&A Summit in October. Multiple speakers will discuss the change that’s happening in Northwest Arkansas, according to a news release. More than 200 real estate agents are expected to bring attendees to the event from 10 a.m. to noon on Oct. 17 at Heroncrest, 1579 E. Lake Road in Elm Springs. The release shows “Collier & Associates is bringing changemakers together around their four core values of positivity, authenticity, inclusion and compassion to encourage growth in our community through collaboration.” In 2019, Stuart Collier started Collier & Associates with a small group of agents. Asked why it’s hosting the summit, Collier said: “We work in NWA, know NWA and want to be active to grow NWA. Just like in a company, people don’t have success on an island. We of NWA, as a community, are no different. We will grow community success with those too that are a part of and care for our community’s future as a whole, together. We recognize talent across industries and are grateful a few of these change leaders are willing to share concepts, approaches, information and mindset across industry. We want to be a company that activates NWA with a blended purpose — to further our community by furthering one another.” Following are the speakers: Mervin Jebaraj, director of the Center for Business & Economic Research at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Jeannette Collins, Right to Start heartland coalition manager. Graham Cobb, president of Paceline Strategies. Jordan Wright, owner of Wright’s Barbecue. Nelson Peacock, CEO of Northwest Arkansas Council. While admission is free, registration is required. Registration is available online at this link. Sponsors include Momentum Loans, Allegiance Title, and Goosehead Insurance. The summit is expected

Collier & Associates to build new Fayetteville headquarters

Collier & Associates to build new Fayetteville headquarters

Amid rapid growth, Fayetteville-based real estate firm Collier & Associateswill build an 8,000-square-foot office at Glory Drive and North Crossover Road in Fayetteville. “At our beginnings in 2014, we were always looking to find innovative ways to serve our community and challenge the status quo of the real estate industry,” said Emmy Kane, chief operating officer. “As we have done that, Northwest Arkansas has grown like crazy, and other agents from around town are seeing the way that we’re doing things differently. And they’ve wanted to come alongside us.” The company’s commitment to finding agents “who value authenticity, integrity and putting people first has allowed our team to expand right alongside that growth of Northwest Arkansas,” she added. Kane noted the firm has 169 agents, with 95 based in Fayetteville, and the new office is expected to accommodate them and growth. The plan is to move from the nearly 2,100-square-foot office on Mission Boulevard to the new office at 2909 E. Glory Drive by the end of 2022. The existing Fayetteville office, the firm’s first, opened in 2016. Since then, the company has added offices in Bentonville, Rogers and Farmington. Kane explained the new building design was based on an office concept featured in the Wall Street Journal that includes small rooms for privacy along with larger areas for collaboration. It will have first- and second-story patios, a conference room, and flexible work areas allowing its agents to come and go as needed or to provide them with a workspace for the day. “Our firm is unique in that we take mentorship, education and collaboration seriously, so we’ve worked on designing this office to support that,” she said. Mission Contractors in Fayetteville is the general contractor. Designers include Crafton Tull and HFA. According to Washington County records, Stuart Collier purchased
